Corporate media hides marijuana fact!

1. Marijuana use is not associated with a rise in incidences of schizophrenia.

2. Marijuana smoke doesn't damage the lungs like tobacco.

3. Cannabis potentially protects, rather than harms, the human brain.

4. Marijuana is a terminus, not a "gateway," to hard drug use.

5. Government's anti-pot ads encourage, rather than discourage, marijuana use.

San Bernardino dispensaries banned?

9/26/2009

This week we lost a big part of our frontlines for legalization, and patient freedom. San Bernardino, The Emerald Triangle of California, banned medical marijuana dispensaries in the county on Monday. Don't let this bring us down, we need to rise together to regain control of our rights. Hemp/marijuana are the most versatile plants in the world...if they weren't meant to be used, they wouldn't be here. Let's end the war on marijuana.

Use of Hemp Seed Oil

For years our Govt. has claimed that hemp is to expensive to produce, but please if that's the case explain these facts to me: Hemp Oil is a bio-diesel oil, which can be used to run any diesel engines we have today with no modifications, and is 3x more productive than any other seed crop we have available.

statistics...statistics...statistics...

in 2008 The number of marijuana smokers in the US was calculated at 102,404,000 users. This number was up by 2 million users from 2007. Most of this increase in use was with people in there 40s. The number of frequent users (more than 100 days a year) went up by about 22.5 million...the only problem with this study is that it's probably significantly under calculated. this 102,404,000 users fell into a group of people that were 12 and older, answered the door, and admitted to a complete stranger that they broke state or federal laws. So what is the real number of pot use in America? Nobody can know for sure because of it's legality, but I'd put my money on it being close to 3/4 of the population.

Yes that's right there is a brand new addition to the site. We now have our very own chat room. Of course it is named after the site. I hope everyone enjoys. Same rules apply here, there is currently no banhammer in effect but be respectful and keep it clean or one will come into effect .

Thank you,
Sean Crystal

In a present time, when change is the most important topic on the mind of Americans, California is the first to act. California has been quite known for it's exquisite buds, and marijuana activism, but recently it has made the first attempt to legalize marijuana in our a nation. A petition has quilified for the AG's office, and began collecting signatures to put an initiative to legalize, regulate, and tax marijuana on the ballot.

Wild Harvest: Organic Foods

I've recently found myself liking a new brand of foods that has been showing up on the market. In comparison many of their products are expensive compared to the product we're used to. However I'm okay purchasing the higher priced product when it tastes better, is better for us, and is evironmentally safe. Besides if we buy that product it will bring the price down, and push the other product off the shelf. By taking part in using this brand of foods your bettering your health and the health of the environment.

Taking Woodstock

I went and saw Taking Woodstock last night. I was actually quite surprised at how empty the theater was. However this was a movie worth buying, and I don't say that about hardly any movies. I would like to give a special thanks to Michael Lang for putting on such an amazing event of it's time. My biggest regret is that I wasn't born so I was unable to go. I believe now would be a great time for a new woodstock basing itself on the war in Iraq. With the numbers they had then, and todays youth, I believe that it would be much more contreversial than the original. If there is anyone out there that would be willing to help fund an entire remake of woodstock from scratch, I would love to help, and play a significant role in making it happen. FREEDOM OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE, LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
