Two big marijuana busts in Idaho seize over 30,000 plants, but no arrests? If the point is to take the dealers off the street, why would you just seize the plants? Simple solution, regulate and tax it. Then we wouldn't have issues over budgets for roadwork, law enforcement, schools, etc...
